At SEOintelligence™ we realize the sensitivity of our customers’ information. This is why we never give out, rent or share your information for monetary purposes. We only collect standard information given out by our customers via registration forms, or contact forms. We may also at times assess our customer behavior on our site – such as which select pages they visit and what information they view or visit. We also collect information that has been voluntarily provided by the customers (like in the case of surveys or registrations for signing up). All the information we collect about our customers is used only for the general improvement of our own website, to help us serve you better. We do not share your information for any commercial purposes with third party providers. However there maybe some exceptions to this rule such as:

a.    If there is any suspicious transaction that may have occurred on our site, or any chance of illegal activities or form of fraud, or even if there is a danger to the physical well being of our customers, or if there has been a breach of our terms and conditions – in such cases as per law, we maybe required to share your information with others as deemed appropriate.

b.    If SEOintelligence™gets acquired by another organization, our terms and conditions and our privacy policy will be subject to change, as per the new organization’s policies. In such cases we will provide you with prior notification before we transfer your information to this new company.

Kind of information collected and end use

During registrations with SEOintelligence™, we ask you for basic information such as name, phone number, email ID, complete mailing address, as well as your credit card details (for processing payments). However when you sign up for a free trial, we do not collect your credit card information.

We use this information collected for all billing purposes, for informing you on the available inventory of our products, for authenticating your identity at times of payment (and also to avoid fraud), for the general improvement of our service to you as well as to contact you in case of emergencies or even for our own internal research purposes.

Private Customer information (credit cards, S.S. Numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days. (If a company requires more than 60 days, they must receive special approval from Trust Guard.)

Customer behavior

Just like all websites, we at SEOintelligence™ too employ the use of cookies in order to track visitor behavior on our site. A cookie is an identifying criterion that differentiates one visitor from another. It is typically sent from our server to your computer and is then stored on your computer’s hard drive. It is mandatory to install cookies on your machine in order to use our site SEOintelligence™. Sometimes you may have been idle on our site for a long time. In such cases you will need to re login to avoid fraud and malicious attempts by others to access your personal account details.

Information usage

The data we collect from our customers is never sold or shared by us to any third party provider. We only have rights to our backend databases, as well our information storage mechanisms and our service rights. However you as a customer have all the rights to the data collected from you. All information relevant to your websites, links, project related information etc. is considered sensitive information by us and is hence strictly confidential. We take great care to ensure complete privacy not just for your own website but if you’re an SEO provider we also ensure privacy for all your client related information.

Customer will not receive any continual email solicitation from the company, unless the customer consents to the solicitation at checkout, or through a double opt-in process. And, if the customer does consent to receive email from the company, the company agrees to have a simple unsubscribe option available, along with unsubscribe instructions in every email.

Exceptions

SEOintelligence™ may reveal information that identifies you only in special cases where there has been a breach in the terms and conditions or when it involves legal consequences.

Updates to policy

At SEOintelligence™ we conduct regular updates on our privacy policy terms and conditions. In such cases we make it a point to update our paid subscribers about major updates. We also make sure to place a noticeable update on our site which our customers can read online.
